Testing SADAD Bill

Use a test key (sk_test_...). In test mode the bill is issued by a sandbox provider — a real-looking sadad_number with no bank behind it.

About 5 minutes later the sandbox settles the bill by webhook, just like production.

Drive the outcome

Every sandbox bill is paid after ~5 minutes — except one magic amount that expires:

Use both to test your payment_paid and payment_expired handlers.

What to verify

• You display source.sadad_number and source.expired_at.
• Your payment_paid handler fulfils the order and is idempotent (webhooks can repeat).
• Your payment_expired handler treats the order as unpaid.
